       富光科技Ultra-Compact LWDM系列产品是专门为满足新一代光网络更高密度、更优性能和绿色低碳发展趋势,而开发的新一代微型化LWDM波分器件,它为现有网络进行带宽升级提供了高稳定性和高性价比的器件替换解决方案。

富光科技新一代微型化LWDM波分器件基于光学薄膜滤波技术、自由空间技术和三维光程压缩专利技术,采用全玻璃材料、多层结构、单边出纤、抗侧拉封孔设计和金属壳体激光焊接封装工艺。与传统三端口级联LWDM器件相比较,新一代微型化器件的封装尺寸缩小到五十分之一,插损值减少到二分之一;同时优越的热稳定特性使得器件的运行温度范围从商业级提升到工业级。

凭借优异的性能指标和高可靠性特点,富光科技Ultra-Compact LWDM系列产品被广泛应用于现有LWDM网络5G升级替换,也借助微型尺寸应用于标准和非标准LWDM收模块的合波和分波。

Future Optics’ Ultra compact LWDM Multiplexing/Demultiplexing device series is specially designed for the purpose to meet demand of new generation communication trend: higher density, excellent performance and energy efficient, and it is usually used for WDM network where wavelengths are packed tightly together over the O-band, up to 16 wavelengths in 800GHz grid(4.5nm).

 Based on Free-Space technology, taking advantage of patented design of multi-layers optical path structure and metal laser welding micro-optics packaging process, Future Optics provides high quality LWDM Mux Demux devices with wide channel bandwidth, flexible channel configuration, low insertion loss, high isolation and wide operating temperature range.

 Further Future Optics’ UC-LWDM is the smallest in its class, a new design16CH LWDM device measures only 30mm long by 25mm wide by 5.95 mm thick. This makes it ideal for closely spaced board mounting or for direct use in 0.25 inch high splice trays, where space is at a premium.

 Due to its purely passive technology, Future Optics’ UC- LWDM series is well suited for building highly reliable and maintenance-free backbone architecture, in metro-core / access network and enterprise network. It provides the most robust and cost-effective bandwidth upgrade for your current fiber optic communication networks.
